品質保證包括範圍

保證範圍包括於製造過程中所引起的結構性問題。有效期為首次購買該產品的發票日期起計,唯必須出示全部有效的發票正本以證明首次及其後的更換日期。

保證範圍包括電競椅上附有的燈光系統及氣壓筒。
其餘零部件損壞可於漢科電腦客戶服務部代為報價。

品質保證有效期

ROG Chariot 及ROG Chariot Core的品質保證有效期均由顧客購買該產品的日期起計算,而保證有效期為兩年

品質保證之細則及條款

ROG Chariot 及ROG Chariot Core之品質保證有效期均由首次購買該產品的日期起計算。顧客必須出示由零售商發出之有效發票正本,方可享有有關品質保證。

下列各項不適用於本品質保證:

• 產品曾以不正確的方式貯存或組裝、經不適當 地使用、濫用、誤用、更改用途、或以不當的清潔方式或清潔劑處理;
• 何正常的損耗、割痕、刮痕、不當的屈折、或因撞擊、意外引致的損壞;
• 產品因受到任何外在因素而損毀,例如陽光下曝曬、濕氣、灰塵、塵蟎等引致的問題;
• 產品曾放置在室外或潮濕環境中,例如浴室;
• 色澤的差異;
• 產品而未能提供發票正本。

處理品質保證之申請

客戶需自行攜帶有關產品至漢科電腦客戶服務部,漢科電腦會因應顧客所提出有關該產品於製造過程中出現的結構性問題而作出檢驗。經檢驗及向生產商查詢(如需要)後,漢科電腦會全權決定該產品是否適用於本品質保證並保留最終決定權。

 

漢科電腦最終修訂此保證之條款及細則之權利。
請保留所有有效之發票正本。

ROG Chariot / Chariot Core Warranty

Warranty coverage:

Structural manufacturing defects in material of the frames and moving parts are covered by this warranty. Warranty of ROG Chariot and ROG Chariot Core starting from the date of purchase according to sales invoice issued by Reseller. . An effective warranty requires all relevant proof of purchase.

Warranty include the  gas lift and the lighting system.
Warranty  of Other parts can be requested from ASUS through Hornington Computer Company.

Warranty Period:

We offer at least two years of product warranty starting from the date of purchase according to sales invoice issued by Reseller.

Conditions for the Warranty:

Warranty of ROG Chariot and ROG Chariot Core starting from the date of purchase according to original sales invoice issued by Reseller. A proof of purchase (the original sales invoice issued by Reseller) is required for this warranty to be effective.

The Warranty do not apply if:

  • The products have been stored or assembled incorrectly, used inappropriately, abused, misused, altered without the written permission of Hornington Computer Company or ASUS Hong Kong;
    • The products have been damaged due to normal wear and tear, cuts or scratches, or impacts or accidents;
    • The products have been damaged due to external factors such as exposure under the sunlight, dampness, dust or mites etc;
    • The damage is on the mesh, fabric and leather covers, seat and back cushions;
    • minor deviations of the Products from images posted in the Stores or due to naturally occurring variations in the materials used or manual assembly of Products;
    • Customer unable to present the original sales invoice.

Make Warranty claim:

Customer has to carry related product to Hornington Computer Company Customer Service (Repair) Centre by self. All structural manufacturing defects of the product mentioned by the customer will be examined. Hornington Computer Company and/or ASUS Hong Kong reserve the rights to decide whether the damage is covered by this guarantee.

All decisions by Hornington Computer Company shall be final.
Please keep the valid original sales invoice.
